weekly Feedback

Weekly one on one meetings will provide us continuous communication. This enables me to adjust your program to meet your needs/goals. This also gives you the opportunity to give me feedback on the technique, or any other concerns you might have.

ACCOUNTABILITY

I am here for you, as LITTLE or as MIUCH as you need. I want to go over your thoughts, learn how you’re feeling, and encourage. Fitness can be difficult, and sometimes people just need that little EXTRA motivation. Most importantly your MENTAL health is important for a healthy balance. HOW ARE YOU?   • STRENGTH TRAINING

    I provide different levels of this program, as not everyone is on the same level as the next and I want to provide you with the information and exercises you need to meet YOUR specific goals while working with me. Discussing where your level is, what equipment you have depending on if you are working out at home or if you will be at the gym.

  • SPEED/AGILITY TRAINING

    Providing you with the up most power and speed that you are inquiring. I want to help improve speed, explosive power, coordination, and other skills you are longing for.So many of us can benefit from agility training exercises. Incorporating these drills into your training routine will speed and refine your overall athleticism.

  • STRETCHING/MOBILITY

    Making this a priority in your life will impact your overall health. This is not only for your physical wellbeing but also for a mental reset as well. In order to enhance the mind to body experience we need to ensure you are performing the stretches correctly and truly connecting with your body. Being able to understand our body and feel the connection takes you to an entirely new level of training. Truly a game changer.

  • PELVIC FLOOR WORK

    Whew, I wish someone would have brought this to my attention sooner. Again, a mind to body connection. When we take the time to truly breathe and focus on the FEELING we can learn a lot about our body and truly sculpt it. This is a breathing core engagement exercise focusing on truly engaging our core to enhance our lifting ability overall.

  • NUTRITION

    I want to help you understand food and why it is so important to fuel your body in a way that it can run accordingly to how you train. Also, to what your goals are. You don’t put bad gas in your car and hope that it runs like a charm, right? Our bodies are the same, you need to put in good fuel in order for it to run effectively. Let me help you understand food in a way that you can still enjoy life but also change habits and your mind to realize you can still LIVE and eat healthy.
